ARLINGTON, VA – Today, Missouri Democratic Party Chair Stephen Webber endorsed Adam Parkhomenko for DNC Vice Chair. Webber, a Marine Corps combat veteran who served two tours in Iraq, spent the last eight years representing Columbia in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Webber is the eighth state Party chair to publicly announce support for Parkhomenko, following the endorsements of Anita Bonds (District of Columbia), DuBose Porter (Georgia), Gus Bickford (Massachusetts), Bruce Poole (Maryland), Ken Martin (Minnesota), Jim Larson (Montana), and Susan Swecker (Virginia).
Parkhomenko also earned the support of three former DNC chairs: Don Fowler (a South Carolina DNC member), Gov. Terry McAuliffe, and former Gov. Ed Rendell. Two members of the New York DNC delegation, Maria Cuomo Cole and Robert Zimmerman, announced their support of Adam this past Saturday.
