ARLINGTON, VA – The day after first DNC candidate forum in Phoenix, three former chairs of the Democratic National Committee announced their support of Adam Parkhomenko for Vice Chair. Endorsing Parkhomenko are former DNC Chairs Don Fowler, Terry McAuliffe, and Ed Rendell.
"We are proud and eager to support Adam Parkhomenko as Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee,” the former DNC chairs said in a joint statement. “As former chairs of the DNC, we have spent decades in Democratic politics and have worked with marvelous leaders at the local, state, and national level – few have Adam’s energy, loyalty, vision and organizational skills. He knows how to galvanize the grassroots, build an effective team, develop a compelling presence online, and lead with skill and joy. He also knows how the DNC should work, and he will be an indispensable part of the DNC leadership team."
Parkhomenko previously earned the support of seven state Party chairs: Anita Bonds (District of Columbia), DuBose Porter (Georgia), Gus Bickford (Massachusetts), Bruce Poole (Maryland), Ken Martin (Minnesota), Jim Larson (Montana), and Susan Swecker (Virginia).
